Jack LaLanne Day featured on Examiner.com

Mark Davis, who pulled of the X-BigMan feat of strength worthy of Team LaLanne recognition, posted an article mentioning my Jack LaLanne Day plans on the SF Examiner.com website:

• Jack LaLanne still going strong at 95 (25 Sep 2009)
• First annual Jack LaLanne day a success (6 Oct 2009)

All plans are go for my group feat of strength activity described on JLLDay.org. The forecast says SF will have a high of 84. So perhaps I'll have a few takers to join me in the post-ride dip in the Bay?
